Workday integration overview

Our Workday connector empowers organizations to seamlessly manage workforce data across the enterprise. It enables the export and modification of Workers—including both employees and contingent workers—directly from Workday. The connector also integrates with Workday Reports, allowing you to fetch detailed information on workers and other organizational data as needed.

The integration supports exporting Workers from Transaction Logs, utilizing Workday’s configurable Changelog feature. This makes it possible to capture and export changes across business processes within a defined timeframe. Additionally, organizations can leverage the Subscriber Reference ID to pull transactions tied to a specific subscriber, ensuring precise and targeted reporting.

Beyond worker data, the connector also supports exporting References and other details through Workday reports, delivering comprehensive insights to support HR operations, compliance, and identity governance initiatives.
