INTEGRATIONS

Salesforce

Salesforce is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps organizations manage customer interactions, sales, and marketing processes.

Salesforce integration overview

Fischer’s Salesforce CRM connector delivers access management, password management, and identity lifecycle management functionality to simplify account management and strengthen security. Administrators can configure Salesforce CRM as a connected system to integrate identity users, validate accounts, reset and expire passwords, and enable or disable user access. These features give organizations full control over user account security and user lifecycle operations.

On the identity lifecycle management side, the connector supports exporting, creating, and modifying user accounts while also exporting user roles and profiles to align identity data with Salesforce access controls. Together, these capabilities ensure accurate synchronization between Fischer and Salesforce, improve governance, and streamline user administration across the enterprise.

In addition to standard Salesforce CRM integration, Fischer also supports Salesforce REST connectivity for expanded identity and provisioning capabilities. Fischer’s Salesforce REST connector extends integration beyond core CRM functionality, enabling secure account lifecycle management and advanced provisioning. With support for users, contacts, external users, profiles, and roles, it provides deeper connectivity and more granular control across Salesforce environments.
