Fischer’s Cherwell connector delivers access management, password management, and identity lifecycle management functionality, giving organizations secure control over service management accounts and data. Through identity integration, administrators can configure Cherwell as a connected system, validate users, reset account passwords, expire passwords immediately, and enable or disable accounts. These features help streamline account lifecycle operations while strengthening security across the Cherwell platform.

On the provisioning side, the connector supports exporting and importing a wide range of objects, including users, teams, customers, incidents, and tasks. Full lifecycle operations—create, modify, and delete—are supported, ensuring accurate synchronization of identity data with Cherwell’s IT service management processes. By combining identity management with provisioning automation, the Cherwell connector unifies ITSM and identity governance, improving efficiency and reducing administrative overhead.
