INTEGRATIONS

ADP Lyric

ADP Lyric (or ADP Lyric HCM) is a global Human Capital Management (HCM) by ADP, designed for large enterprises with multi-country operations. It integrates HR management, payroll, workforce management, and talent functions into a single, cloud-native solution that leverages Generative AI (GenAI) and ADP's large dataset to provide flexible, intelligent, and personalized experiences for both employees and HR practitioners.

ADP Lyric integration overview

Fischer’s ADP Lyric connector provides powerful access management and identity lifecycle management capabilities to manage workforce and organizational data with security and efficiency. Built on REST APIs, the connector uses client credentials (ID/secret) for OAuth 2.0 authentication, enhanced with certificate/private key-based TLS for secure connectivity. This ensures reliable integration between Fischer Identity and ADP Lyric environments.

The connector supports multiple data formats, including Workers, Organization Units, Events, Codelists, and Custom Field Metadata. It enables full CRUD operations on worker objects, including export, export by AOID, export by filter, lookup, paging, and import. With these capabilities, organizations can streamline workforce provisioning, maintain accurate HR structures, and ensure consistent synchronization between Fischer Identity and ADP Lyric systems.
